Elegant and sculptural, the Magnolia Wall Sconce by 7Gods is a poetic expression of form and craftsmanship from the Georgina Collection. Handcrafted in England, each piece is individually made, completely unique in size, shape, and material composition.

The body is composed of sleek black carbon fiber, offering a contemporary contrast to the delicate, magnolia flower shaped shades. These are available in either hand-beaten brass, radiating warmth and texture, or in refined marble cast for a more architectural presence.

Available in lengths ranging from 31″ to 59″, the Magnolia Wall Sconce is designed to make a statement on its own or in a series. Each sconce is sold individually.

Artist process in creating each fixture: The artists of 7Gods use actual tree branches that are doweled together to form the shape and layout of the body of each fixture which becomes the mold for the frame of the piece. When a client orders a 7Gods creation, this process is started from scratch so that no two fixtures are ever the same. After the branch structure is completed it is then hand-wrapped in multiple layers of carbon fiber and resin. Once cured, the carbon fiber structure is carefully opened, the tree branches are removed and replaced with the electrical components of the piece, and additional layers of carbon fiber are then applied. In the final stages, the lighting elements and finishing of the carbon fiber structure occur to complete the artist’s vision.
