Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the item for any damage that may have occurred during transit. If any damage is identified, please contact Studio Van den Akker immediately and retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved or until your SVDA representative indicates it is okay to discard the packaging.
Once unpacked, place the item on a level surface to ensure proper stability. When positioning the piece on delicate surfaces such as glass, lacquer, wood, or highly polished stone or other delicate surfaces, use appropriate protective materials to prevent damage. Maintenance:
-Apply the glass cleaner with no additives to a soft cloth rather than directly onto the fixture to avoid overspray that may damage other finishes.
Restoration:
-Light scratches and nicks can often be addressed by a professional glass service.
