Use and Care Guide
Marble, Granite, General Stone
Maintenance:
-Use a damp cloth with neutral pH detergent
-Dry with a clean, soft cloth
-Avoid leaving liquids on the surface for too long
-In case of stains, wipe immediately with warm water and neutral detergent
-Do not use vinegar, lemon or acidic cleaners
-Do not use bleach or chlorine based products
-Do not use steel wool or abrasive sponges
-For added surface protection apply a professional stone sealer every 6 to 12 months
Precautions:
-Avoid hard impacts, especially on edges
-Avoid dragging heavy objects directly across the surface
-Avoid cutting food directly on the stone – always use a cutting board
Restoration:
-This should be done by a qualified professional to ensure proper application and avoid damage to the surface
Cast Bronze and Brass
Maintenance:
-Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth or one slightly dampened with water
-If needed: add a drop of neutral pH detergent diluted in warm water.
-Do not over-wet
-Always dry immediately after cleaning with a clean, dry cloth
-Remove dust buildup in carved or detailed areas with a soft-bristle brush. Take care not to scratch the surface.
-Do not use vinegar, lemon or acidic cleaners
-Do not use bleach or chlorine based products
-Do not use products that contain alcohol, acetone or damaging solvents
-Do not use steel wool or abrasive sponges
Precautions:
-Avoid direct sunlight exposure which can cause yellowing and/or cracking of varnish over time
-Avoid humidity levels over 55% which can accelerate corrosion if varnish fails
